Operating is more than merely a job for me. From the moment I first stepped on set nine years ago, I knew that Steadicam was something I’d like to be doing for a long time.
I believe that operating, whether Steadicam or traditional, is a fusion of technical perfection and personal style. You’ve got to know the technicalities like the back of your hand so you focus on the valuable aesthetics. This separates the thousands of good operators from the very few great ones.
I have had the privilege of working on some of the most prestigious sets and with some of the finest crews in my region. I am also a certified Steadicam and Trinity Operator and speak Arabic, English and French.
