Steven Whittaker

Steven was born and educated in South Africa and joined the film industry as Runner immediately after school. Over the years he worked various roles and decided in 2015 to settle down in the Camera Department. It was a conscious decision then to specialize in the VT department and make this his future career instead of trying to climb up the ladder. He has mastered all forms of VT, Live Streaming, Q-Take and DIT work. Steven is an energetic, well-mannered and respectful technician who puts 100% of himself into every shoot, whether features, commercials, corporates or dramas. He is a huge asset to any team.
