Roland derives his work ethos, as written by Marie Oliver, that work itself is an adventure and to go forwards with extraordinary energy and concentration. Having participated in commercials, dramas, documentaries and music videos. Roland continues to strive for different levels and continues to learn by the day. His enthusiasm is infectious.
