Paolo is a happy and patient Grip that brings really good energy to his department.  He is driven, hard-working, knowledgeable, and always striving to learn new ways for improvement to the benefit of the set.   He loves what he does and his passion is clearly visible in every shoot.  He is an asset to any Grips Team as he has no limits.
