Don Hoffman

Don is a Gaffer/Rigging Gaffer of South African nationality. He graduated from Film School with a Certificate in Photography and a 3 year diploma in film, majoring in camera work and lighting. He has been passionate about the film industry since, having been in the Lighting department for over a decade.
Don was fortunate to start his career on International Productions such as Roots, Black Sails, BBC Troy: Fall of a City and Origins. Shortly after he worked as a Best Boy on BBC Noughts & Crosses and many International Commercial Productions. Having worked in Film, TV and Commercial productions, Don has a wide range of skill sets that has made him the Gaffer/Rigging Gaffer he is today.
Some of the work as Gaffer & Rigging Gaffer include HBO MAX “Warrior”, BBC “Around the World in 80 Days”, Sony Pictures “The Woman King”, Scott Free Productions “Raised By Wolves” & Apple TV “Invasion”.
